Dermalive Class Action Settlement

On Friday, October 10, 2014, Justice Sewell of the Supreme Court of British Columbia approved the settlement. The settlement is binding on British Columbia residents who have not opted out and on non-residents who opted in prior to the February 15, 2014 opt in deadline. We expect the settlement will become operational in 2015.
