I really did appreciate all the help I received from Annette. She was very patient with the second accident being under different rules, and the minor problems and confusion she had to help me with several times. I had a serious whiplash injury under a no-fault system years ago, and no doubt suffer a little bit of PTSD, especially when I was involved in another claim. Lately I have been relieved and only remember the job done by Annette, and Navneet to settle the claim.
