Nicola Hartigan is part of Klein Lawyers’ Class Action practice group where she acts for plaintiffs in a variety of cases, including those involving defective medical products, deceptive marketing and government negligence. She has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia and before the Queen’s Bench in Alberta.
Nicola completed her law degree at the University of British Columbia. As part of her law program, she studied International Law at the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Victoria.
Nicola was a co-chair of the Class Action subsection of British Columbia’s Canadian Bar Association from 2007 to 2011.
