Notice of Certification: Hormone Therapy Class Action

The Supreme Court of British Columbia has ordered publication of Notice of Certification in the Hormone Therapy Class Action. Women in Canada who were diagnosed with breast cancer after taking Premarin in combination with progestin or Premplus may be able to join the class action.
