Update for the British Columbia Bristol-Myers, Baxter & 3M Breast Implant Litigation Settlement The case management judge has issued reasons on the claimant appeals and the final court orders have been entered. Accordingly, the Claims Administrator anticipates that cheques will be issued to claimants in the next few weeks.
