Audiobooks Class Action
Have You Been Over-Charged for Audiobook Purchases?

Audiobooks Class Action

A class action has been filed for customers of audiobooks sold by Audible, Amazon and Apple. In 2003, Audible and Apple entered into an exclusivity agreement for the sale of audiobooks in Canada. The agreement ended at the end of 2017. This class action lawsuit alleges the agreement was illegal for violating competition law in Canada. Audible and Apple charged higher prices to consumers as a result of their illegal agreement.

If you purchased an audiobook from Audible and/or Apple between 2003 and 2018, you may be entitled to compensation. Please complete this form, and a member of the Klein Lawyers legal team will contact you about your claim.
